Qwerty.Software is a Ukrainian product company that creates, promotes and sells its own products. We have 9 years of experience developing products for clients from all over the world, having the most success in the USA, Canada and Europe. We are waiting for you if you want to develop and receive a decent salary and generous bonuses! Our candidate: Located in Zaporizhzhia; Ready to work with a variable schedule and three possible shifts: from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (required 1-2 times a week; payment is 25% more); Has good English to perform the following tasks: Making phone calls and conducting written communication (in messages, e-mails and chats) with English-speaking clients; Working with the English-language interface of the CRM system; Understanding the client's instructions. Has his own PC or laptop with a stable Internet connection; Can ensure his work during blackouts; Able to work with various MS Office tools; Possesses the following soft skills: multitasking, attentiveness, empathy, communication, customer orientation, punctuality, responsibility, learning abilities; Ready for long-term cooperation and development Duties: Consult customers in chats and on the phone in English; Accompany customer orders; Provide assistance with the web interface, resolve difficulties and process customer requests; Collaborate with other teams so that our customers get the best experience. We offer: Remote work in the following cities: Kyiv, Dnipro; Work from the office in Zaporizhzhia (hybrid format possible); Convenient work schedule (40 hours per week), with the possibility to adjust the schedule to suit yourself: Three options for shifts: Morning - 7:00-15:00 Evening - 15:00-23:00 Night - 23 :00-7:00 (obligatory 1-2 times a week; are paid at an increased rate) Payment of wages 2 times a month; When the KPI of the team is fulfilled - receiving a bonus in the amount of the average monthly salary; Financial and career growth as Manager Support or development in managerial positions; Corporate psychologist; Individual annual budget for self-development , which can be used for the gym, specialized courses and literature; Corporate training in a specialized area; English courses; Vacation, sick leave; Additional vacation days for seniority; Paid internship with constant feedback and help.
