Support Manager / SERM in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

Support manager,we are looking for you!

What will you do:

• Monitoring comments/mentions on websites about the company;

• Processing incoming messages from the company's customersin English;

• Processing negative (closing complaints) from a company representative;

• Writing and publishing text content;

• Working with communication channels - review sites, forums, social networks, youtube, ratings;

• Help in the development of dashboards (work efficiency, KPI).

What is required of you:

• Experience in the position Support managerfrom 1 year;

• Knowledge of the English language not lower than B1 level;

• Experience working with a large amount of information;

• Experience with Advanced Google Docs;

• Ability to analyze and write texts with arguments.
