What we need from you:

< li>Experience as a support or community manager from 1 to 2 years;< /li>
• Knowledge of the English language at the B1 level;
< li>Experience of working with negativity: processing complaints, increasing client loyalty, providing consultations;< /li>
• It will be a big plus to have skills in working with feedback and brand mention platforms (both Ukrainian and international ).

What are you you will do:

• Work on feedback platforms, search and process mentions of our brands;
• Interact with the community, process negativity and replace it with positive feedback ;
• Actively work on various platforms with mentions of the brand, look for new opportunities to improve reputation;
• Communicate with the support department customers and other internal departments of the company;
• Participate in the development strategic plans to improve reputation and report to management.
