Support manager (online support + order fulfillment) in Alite, LTD

We are ALITE LTD, an international automotive sales company. We work on global marketplaces and are growing every month. We are currently looking for a Support manager who will help customers and maintain a high level of service.

?? Responsibilities:

• Working with customer requests (online support, correspondence, e-mail, chats)
• Prompt and competent resolution of issues related to orders
• Closing complaints and chargebacks (communication and support)
• Reporting on appeals and results
• Conducting dialogues in the B2B segment

The amount of employment -70-80%

• Collection of the same type of goods in postal envelopes, neat packaging, placement of goods near the workplace">Volume of employment -20-30%

  with clients)
• Quick typing and attention to details when writing messages
• Ability to formulate answers competently and correctly
• Responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance
• Experience in support will be an advantage, but are willing to consider candidates without experience if they have the necessary skills

Terms:

• Rate + % of closed complaints + % of closed B2B clients
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00
• Office nearm. Lukyanivska (5 minutes on foot)
• Salary: from 30,000 to 50,000 UAH (rate + bonuses)
