Support Manager (L1, English) in Ardas

We are looking for a friend and colleague to join our team! Junior Support Manager in tech. support of the Ukrainian product Stripo.

What you will have to deal with:

• The initial task will be to study the product. We will make every effort to help: project description, video materials, help and consultation of colleagues
• Then you will gradually approach conducting dialogues with clients in writing : by mail and online chat
• As soon as you feel comfortable and "the ace in your business", you will be connected to telephony to receive calls from English-speaking customers
• After that, approximately in the first half year of work, you will conduct an online demonstration of the product for new users.

Working schedule: MON-FRI 15:00-24:00

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Strong-Intermediate
• Skills of negotiating with clients
•  Activities and desire for improvement
•  Ability to properly distribute your working time.

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS
• Experience in a similar position.
