Support manager L0 in Delta M Group

We are looking for a talented technical support specialist to join the team, who may be a newcomer, but already has a responsible view of his work. Your future tasks: -Provide information in a timely manner in a chat with the client.-If necessary, conduct an initial analysis of the problem and determine how to solve it.- Timely redirection of the question to other support lines.-Be a friend and shoulder for the client in the time allotted for this) Our expectations from you:-PC skills at the level of a skilled user.-Experience with CRM will be a plus.-Experience in the IT field and desire to develop in this direction will be an advantage.
