Support manager L0 in Delta M, TOV, Grupa kompaniy

Delta M is a product IT company that is part of an international group of companies < strong style="font-weight: 700">Delta M Group. 

Our software - Delta M. Collection and Delta Tell - is installed in more than 80 banking and financial institutions and works in over 15 countries which generally administers the databases and is the best system solution in terms of price/functionality. 

We are looking for a talented technical support specialist to join the team, who can to be a beginner, but already has a responsible view of his work.

Your future tasks:

• Provide information in a timely manner in the chat with the client on the L0 support line.
• If necessary, conduct an initial analysis of the problem and determine how to solve it.< /li>
• Timely forwarding the question to other support lines.
• Being a friend and a shoulder for the client in the time allotted for this )

Ourexpectations from You:

• PC proficiency at the level of a skilled user.
• CRM experience would be a plus.< /li>
• Experience in the IT field and the desire to develop in this direction will be an advantage.

Working schedule: Mon-Fri 4:00-13:00 - remotely or 9:00-18:00- in the office( schedules may alternate)
