Support Manager Instagram Direct in Luxury Events App

Luxury Events App is a company that specializes in organizing and conducting luxury travel. We are constantly developing and looking for talented specialists for our team. We are currently looking for an Instagram Direct Manager who will be responsible for finding new customers through private messages on Instagram.

The field is travel, tourism, luxury segment. Our customers already have Rolex and Mercedes, but do not have access to our service. Help them with this.

What you will do:

- Maintaining a separate Instagram page
- Attracting new customers through private messages and comments
- Interacting with customers through Instagram Direct: answering questions, consulting, support

Experience required:

- Experience with Instagram and knowledge of its functionality
- English language above the basic level (the higher the better) and the ability to use translators (google, deepl, chatgpt).
- High level of written communication and the ability to quickly respond to questions
- Willingness to work in a team and achieve common goals
