A successful product company based in Israel, and Dnipro has an open position of Support Manager for Affiliate.

We are looking for a person, who has previous experience in traffic as a media buyer/affiliate manager/technician but is not comfortable with the instability of work conditions in this niche (Inconsistency of salary, work pressure of meeting the company’s plans, etc.)

It is required to have a solid base understanding of how traffic works, in order to communicate effectively with affiliate managers.

Duties:

— Check the consistency of data across different platforms

— Help affiliate managers with day-to-day tasks

— Gather requirements for marketing materials (landing pages, banners, etc.)

— Help with the management of settings of a partnership program.

— Document your knowledge.

— Perform basic traffic analysis to help affiliate managers.

— Manage a portfolio of marketing materials

Note : The scope of this position is to support affiliate managers. Not to look for new affiliates/publishers/webs.

Experience:

— Background in the traffic industry.

— Previous experience in the tech support or managerial role is a plus.

— Background in media buying for iGaming/Finance/Nutra is a plus.

— Background in affiliate management for iGaming/Finance/Nutra is a plus.

— Background in gambling/RMG projects

Skills:

— Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

— Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

— Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

— Proficiency in traffic analysis tools and software is a plus.

— Strong user of Jira Software/Jira service management/Any desk/ Google workspace, etc.

— B2 English (Upper Intermediate) is a must.

— Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

— Willing to learn and to approach colleagues if something is not clear.
