A company in the field of sports analytics and online services invites a Support Manager to work in the office.
We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented specialist who will help users promptly resolve inquiries and provide quality service. Work experience is not required - full paid training and support from a mentor is provided.
Main duties:
Consulting customers in chat and through the internal support system
Providing information about the operation of the service, accounts and operations
Assisting in solving technical and financial issues requests
Transferring complex requests to the relevant departments
Fixing requests and maintaining internal reports
Adherence to service standards and internal regulations
Requirements for the candidate:
Competent written language
Ability to work with a PC on confident level
Attention and responsibility
Resistance to stress and the ability to work in multitasking mode
Orientation on quality service
Experience in customer support will be an advantage, but not mandatory
