Support manager (evening shifts) in Ardas

What you will have to deal with:

• The initial task will be to study the product. We will make every effort to help: project description, video materials, help and consultation of colleagues
• Next, you will gradually approach conducting dialogues with clients in writing: by mail and in online chat
• As soon as you feel comfortable and "an ace in your business", you will be connected to telephony to receive calls from English-speaking clients
• After that, approximately in the first six months of work, you will conduct an online demonstration of the product for new users.

Work schedule: MON-FRI 15:00-24:00

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate
• Skills of negotiating with clients
• Activeness and desire for improvement
• Ability to properly distribute your working time

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS
• Experience in a similar position
