Support Manager (English language) in ElephantsLab

What we expect from the candidate:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at level B2 and above;
- Experience in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
- Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
- Typing speed not less than 160 symbols/min;
- Advanced PC user;
- Great time management;
- Stress resistance and adaptability;
- Tolerance, respect, altruism.

Will be a plus:
- Basic understanding of trading;
- Experience in Crypto niche.

Your daily tasks will be:
- Support users in the Telegram chat, communicate with them and maintain a friendly atmosphere;
- Instruct new users and help them accept the product;
- Provide quality answers to users as quickly as possible;
- Collect feedback about the product from users and pass it on to the team;
- Communication with other divisions of the company.
