Support manager in a construction company in ProstoroBUD 24

We are looking for a person who will become the voice of our company and help our customers get answers to their questions! If you like to help others, write competently and want to find a stable job - we will teach you everything from scratch.

What you will have to do

• Answer customer messages in chats, messengers or by mail.

• Help people understand our services and explain the rules in simple language.

• Transmit complex requests profile specialists, if you do not know the answer yourself.

• Fix the request in a simple database (we will show you how to do it in 5 minutes).

• Be polite and create a pleasant impression when communicating with the company.

We are looking for you if

• You communicate fluently and competently in the Ukrainian language (written and verbally).

• You like to solve small problems of others and see the result of your work.

• You are confident in using a computer and type quickly.

• You do not need experience - we have ready instructions and colleagues who will prompt you at any minute.
