What needs to be done:
Advise customers in chat, by email or by phone.
Help with registration, rates, payments and technical issues.
Promptly resolve appeals and transfer complex cases to the appropriate departments.
Fix requests in the internal system.
Comply with standards service and quality of communication.
What we expect from you:
Experience in support or customer service (will be an advantage).
Competent written and spoken Ukrainian.
Ability to learn quickly and work with a large amount of information.
Resistance to stress and customer orientation.
Willingness to work in a flexible schedule.
