Responsibilities

• Consulting clients in chat, email and by phone.

• Assisting in solving technical and financial issues.

• Reviewing applications and transferring complex cases to the appropriate departments.

• Reporting and entering information into the system.

• Quality control of customer service.

Requirements

• Competent oral and written language.

• Confident PC user.

• Resistance to stress and attention to detail.

• Ability to learn quickly and work in team.

• Experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory
