Format: Remote
Schedule: 2/2/2 (two day shifts, two night shifts, two weekends), 12 hours each.
Responsibilities:
- Providing online support to customers and merchants in the field of acquiring via chat;
- Monitoring current traffic, informing customers about its status and escalating incidents to internal teams;
- Setting up customer accounts in the system;
- Interaction with related departments on traffic and conversion issues;
- Communication with providers regarding problem cases.
Requirements:
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work with a large amount of information;
- Experience in customer support or financial services — from 1 year (financial background will be an advantage);
Basic knowledge and experience with tools:
- Grafana, Kibana, Postman (as an advantage);
- Jira, Confluence;
- Good written English (for communication with clients and providers).
