An international digital holding that is represented in more than 50 countries around the world is looking for an ambitious Support manager. We are looking for a responsible and active candidate who will help the team achieve great results and build long-term relationships with partners. You are our ideal match if you have: 1 year of work experience in the position of Support manager; Knowledge of the English language at the A2\B1 level to maintain communication with international partners; Skills in working with trackers, such as Keitaro, Binom or others. An additional advantage will be the ability to use Appsflyer. Main job duties: Communication with partners for solving issues and helping with work processes; Statistical analysis, providing data using trackers for media buying; Support of affiliate managers in working with a ready-made database, including its uploading and preparation.
