We need a Support manager, whose main tasks will be related to technical support and communication with partners. Your tasks: to timely close all technical issues of webmasters, in order to increase their profit and ease of working with the affiliate network; to analyze competitors in the CRA market; to work with promotional materials for offers; to check and control payments for webmasters; assist the Affiliate manager in communicating with webmasters. Necessary professional experience and skills: experience in customer service or sales; systematization and the ability to work with a large amount of information; experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel; English language of Pre-Intermediate level and above. It will be a plus: experience in affiliate marketing or in a marketing agency; understanding of the niche of affiliate marketing; understanding of the basics of HTML and CSS.
