Support Manager in ONECARD

Hello. We are looking for an energetic and responsible employee for the position of Support Manager. Your main responsibility is to provide a high level of customer and user support throughout the entire contact process. Main duties: Interaction with customers via e-mail, phone calls and messengers2. Processing requests, answering questions and helping our users )3. Coordination with other departments of the company to resolve customer and user requests. Requirements: 1. Write fluently and quickly in Ukrainian (eng/pl will be an additional advantage, but not necessary)2. Printing 200+ characters / min would be a good start4. Good knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, 1C (we will teach), anything else will be good).
