We are looking for an experienced Support Manager to play a key role in communicating with our customers.
If, you have:
- Experience of Support Manager for at least 1 year, with English-speaking clients.
p> - Confident command of the English language in both written and oral forms; - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team; - Independence, responsibility and ability plan your time clearly. Your tasks: - Work from 4:00 p.m. to 00:00, if there is an opportunity to work later, it will be a big plus; - Identify and write down the most frequent questions, write quick answers to them; What we are happy to offer: - Regular performance reviews (every 6 months). - Competitive salary. - Payment twice a month . - Trial period - 2 months. - 20 paid vacation days. - 10 sick days. - Flexible schedule work. - Completely remote work format.
- Update the product user manual;
- Additional customer training;
