Responsibilities: ✓ Processing customer requests and appeals in chats. ✓ Escalating requests by department. ✓ Providing information on the company's products and services. ✓ Reporting. Work schedule: Shifts, night and day shifts. Work in the office of Kyiv. After the trial period, a hybrid work schedule is possible.
