Main responsibilities - placement of health insurance risks in insurance companies - formation of commercial proposals for potential and existing Clients - settlement of conflict situations with Clients - conducting presentations for Clients - administration of contracts for existing Clients - execution of instructions of the direct manager Requirements – higher education of a state university (medical education will be an advantage) – competent oral and written language – the ability to listen and persuade, mastery of polite communication skills and communication that inspires affection – stress resistance, the ability to quickly orientate in non-standard situations – enthusiasm, the ability to work in a team, readiness to quickly absorb large amounts of information, responsibility when completing tasks - confident PC user: MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word), Internet - desire to develop professionally We offer - decent remuneration (according to the results of the interview) - opportunity for training and development - medical insurance - compensation for mobile communication – support of a specialist-mentor in the first year of work in the company – internal corporate and external trainings
