Support Manager in Graintrack

We are a fast-growing and progressive company. GrainTrack product is a CTRM for managing business processes of grain traders: counterparties, supply chain, logistics, payments and documents.We are currently looking for a very energetic and ambitious Support Manager to help us develop our product.Key skills:- Education: Economics, accounting, business, finance- Excellent knowledge of Excel or 1C.- Experience with CRM system.- Ability to learn quickly and understand complex concepts.- Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, pain points and work effectively with them.- English language proficiency at В2 level.Skills that are desirable but not required:- Experience in customer support, account management, project management, or integration into CRM and ERP systems.- A desire for self-development and learning.- Sincerity and openness.Your responsibilities:- Support of clients from different countries.- Opportunity to grow in the direction of business analysis.- Collaborate with developers.- Test tasks and contribute to product development.- Manage tasks in Notion.- Participate in daily meetings and define work plans.- Write documentation and provide ongoing support.We offer:- 10 sick days;- 18 working days of paid vacation;- Attendance at the in-house school and access to courses;- Individual entrepreneurship and tax reimbursement;- Personal and professional development, acquisition of new skills and knowledge.We are a super dynamic team.
