Support Manager in Mriya

Mriya is an educational app for students, parents/guardians and teachers that inspires learning and helps everyone find themselves in today's world. If you want to be part of a team of people who are changing the approach to education, please respond to the vacancy as soon as possible!

At the moment, our application needs a person in the support team who will love to communicate and help users get a positive experience from working with application.

Our team is looking for a person who has:

- The ability to work in multi-tasking mode
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with by the client
—The ability to quickly decide to respond to requests and find the necessary information
—The ability to work in a team

—A confident level of working with a computer and office programs
—Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian
—Laptop and headset

What you will do:

—Solve technical problems, answer questions and take care of of Mryia users
—Process applications qualitatively and quickly

Your job in the Mryia team:

—Full-time employment
—The first two months — work in the office (there is a shelter), after — a hybrid schedule
— Work on a really important project for Ukraine
— Dream Team in the true sense of the word
