  • experience working with HRM, LMS or other corporate systems;

  • fluency in the Ukrainian language;
  • basic skills in working with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and Google Sheets.

Experience with access management;

  • experience with project management systems.
  • 400">Duties:

    1. User support (L1 Support)

    • handling user appeals and resolving typical incidents at the level of the first line of support;
    • consulting users on the work and functionality of HRM, LMS and Worksection;
    • escalating more complex issues to the next level of support;
    • preparing simple instructions and supporting materials for users;

    2. Administration of systems

    • setting of roles, access rights and basic parameters in HRM, LMS and Worksection;
    • control of correctness, completeness and relevance of data in systems;
    • control of compliance with deadlines for tasks related to access and system configuration.

    3. Account and access management

    • creating, editing and deactivating accounts in HRM, LMS and Worksection;
    • creating and maintaining work areas (sites / workspaces) in Microsoft SharePoint;
