We are looking for a Support Manager - a person who likes order in chats, quickly navigates systems and does not get lost during multitasking.
It is possible without commercial experience, but attentiveness, speed and responsibility are must-haves.
What you will do:
- monitor the work of our systems and bots (find and fix small errors);
- work with CRM, spreadsheets and internal tools;
- conduct basic analytics and update data;
- help with access, integrations and subscriptions;
- communicate with clients and internal teams (dev, QA, farm, push);
- form simple tasks and maintain processes
From you:
- confident use of a PC / laptop;
- work with browsers and messengers;
- active communication in chats in different languages (is it possible through a translator??);
- basic Google Sheets / Docs skills;
- ability to learn quickly and not get lost in tasks.
Will plus:
- experience in iGaming;
- experience in support / customer service.
