Support manager in Corytech

! Are we looking for a Support Manager in our team?!

Work schedule:

Shift, with night and day shifts (at night and weekdays on weekends work remotely). The work is hybrid, the office is located in Kyiv, Vasylkivska.

Our expectations:

? English language (intermediate) - possibility to conduct correspondence. 

? Literacy, stress resistance, the ability to convey information, the ability to conduct business correspondence, customer orientation, the desire to learn and develop. 

? Patience, ability to routine work and perseverance. 

? Work experience in the field of fin.tech. will be a plus.

Responsibilities :

? Processing of requests and appeals of customers in chats. 

? Escalation of requests by departments. 

? Providing information on the company's products and services. 

?Reporting.
