Support manager in PVH

PВH is a large international company specializing in technical support for more than 100 websites of Ukrainian brands and businesses. In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for an energetic and responsible specialist for the position of Support manager for our office in the city of Kyiv.

Tasks:

- Interaction with customers by phone and e-mail ;

- Solving and agreeing on customer service issues;

- Providing advice on the range of products and services of the company;

- Maintaining a customer database and monitoring their orders;

- Maintaining positive relations with clients and resolving conflict situations.

Requirements:

- Experience in the field of customer service will be a big plus;

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;

- High responsibility and result-oriented;

- Good knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages, knowledge of English is desirable.
