Support manager in EvoPlay

We are currently looking for a specialist for one of our projects — a billing platform for making electronic payments by various methods with high throughput. 
Our platform is PCI DSS certified and developed using modern technologies.

Duties:

• Timely processing of requests from the contact center; li>
• Identification and resolution of mass transaction problems;
• Communication with related departments;
• Communication with providers of payment solutions, response to requests;
• Daily ticket reporting (quantity, providers, statuses and types).
