About the company:
We are a fast growing and progressive company. ProductGrainTrack is a CTRM for managing grain traders' business processes: counterparties, supply chain, logistics, payments and documents.
Your tasks will be:
- Customer relationship building;
- Client subscription management;- Level up customer satisfaction;- Cooperation within the team;
- Test new tasks that were made by order of the client;
- Provide monthly reports to the client by email;
- Working with Notion (updating tasks, customer cards, etc.)
It is important for us:
- You have experience fromone year at positionSupport Manager;
- You speak Englishat the B2+ level;
- Do you have experience working withERP/CRM by systems;
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional knowledge of Notion, Excel, 1C or MeDoc programs
It will be a plus:
- Risk management and communication skills.
Economic education.
Work in a comfortable office in the center of Kyiv (Palace of Sport)
- Work schedule from Mon.-Fri. 09:00-18:00.
