Relokia is looking for Support manager Our product is an application developer for client platforms support.

What we expect from you:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - not lower than B2(required);

• Ability to work in a team;

• Computer fluency;

• Would be a plus: experience in customer service in English.

Your duties will be:

• Consulting customers about the capabilities and features of our products;

• Solving technical requests of customers;

• Communication with clients through email correspondence, telephone and video calls.
