We are an international companyproviding technology solutions for brokers in the financial markets. Our company is engaged in the creation and configuration of websites, connection and integration of CRM systems, MetaTrader trading terminals (MT4/MT5), as well as web traders.
We are looking for responsible employees in the customer support department (Customer Support Manager).
Requirements:
- English (fluent)
- Experience in technical support; system administrator
- Proficiency in office programs
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of financial markets and instruments is an advantage
- Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions and draw up a clear answer;< /p>
- Advanced software proficiency, general technical literacy;
Tasks:
- Onboarding and assistance with initial connection / integration of clients:
- Initial communication with new clients, collecting information
- Assisting clients in connecting and setting up all systems
- Customer support after connection
- Monitoring the receipt and fulfillment of requests from clients at all stages
- Prompt assistance in solving questions and technical problems related to the services provided
- Documentation of actions performed and development of instructions to improve the efficiency of customer support
Conditions
- Work on weekdays . 8-hour working day.
