Your role in the team
Support management specialist/positionis a person responsible for content, quality and development of support management services, formation and improvement of the methodology of working with clients and methodical support of the team.
In his work, the specialist focuses on the modelwellbeing Veteran Hub and helps the team work with clients' needs in various areas of life, including: physical health, financial situation and stability, housing, relationships and social connections, life skills and adaptability,
case management and involves individual work with the client: analysis of needs, formation of a support plan, navigation in the organization's service system, non-state and state services, as well as consulting and support of the client on the way to improving his well-being. and improve customer service methodologies, standards and tools. You will work with internal documents, analytics and processes so that services meet the real needs of people and the development of the organization.In daily work, you will support a team of managers, advise on complex cases, participate in analysis crisis situations and you will take care of compliance with quality and ethics standards. Part of the time you will work independently with clients to build on practical experience in service development.
You will participate in team training, updatingbuilding a knowledge base, developing a partner network, and finding new support opportunities for clients.
