Support expert for civil society organizations in Sumy, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions in Rokada, BF BO

The ROKADA Charitable Foundation announces a tender procedure for the position of support experts for civil society organizations in the Sumy, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions

The "ROCADA" charity fund within the framework of the project "Strengthening through Unity: Support for strengthening the potential of local NGOs in Sumy, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions" invites all interested parties to submit their proposals for the provision of services expert support of teams of civil society organizations.

We are looking for experts in the areas of:

1.   Strategic and operational management in non-profit organizations

2.   Social assistance to vulnerable sections of the population.

3.   Fundraising and project management.

Format of engagement: online and also physical participation in the joint event of partners at the territorial location specified by the Customer within Ukraine.

Main tasks

The expert works in a working group together with other experts and the Project manager to develop a methodology for assessing the organizational capacity of civil society organizations of society (CSO), provides individual consulting assistance to CSO mentors regarding the methodology for assessing the organizational capacity of CSO partners developed and approved by the working group, participates in the implementation of the developed and approved Action Plan for strengthening the organizational capacity of CSO partners, conducts training for CSO partner activity teams in the field of own expertise, helps with the development of an online informational and methodological electronic manual, develops and prepares reports on the analysis of organizational capacity strengthening after the initial and final assessment of the capacity of CSO partners.
