Financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA ») in connection with staff expansion announces a competition for the vacancy Support Engineer (2nd line of technical support) acquiring

Requirements :

• understanding of logging and tracing systems - Kibana, Elasticsearch;
• basic knowledge of SQL;
• preferably, experience with ABS;
• experience working with users, understanding the principles of ServiceDesk service;
• understanding of the principles of work of the PC (Processing Center);
• knowledge of the general logic of acquiring solutions;
• work experience in sales or Internet acquiring departments, in banks or fintech companies will be a plus.

Main tasks:

• handling requests (ServiceDesk\Mail);
• search for solutions to technical problems/tasks;
• consulting on product functionality;
• registration of acquiring terminals/merchants;
• technical support of acquiring products;
• interaction with adjacent departments within the framework of project implementation.
