Support engineer (L2) in Fozzy group

• Experience in building and maintaining Cisco\Mikrotik\Fortinet network equipment - desirable;
• Experience in maintaining wireless networks based on Cisco Fortinet, experience building wireless networks based on Cisco Fortinet - desirable;
• Knowledge of the protocol stack: TCP/IP / L2/L3: OSPF, IGRP: HSRP, QoS, VLAN, Trunk, STP, RSTP;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of DHCP and DNS based on Windows Server 2019 OS - desirable;
• Basic knowledge of configuring network parameters and directories on the basis of Unix OS (Ubuntu/RedHat) - desirable;
• SMTP Internet Protocols, email protocols;
• base understanding IT security;
• Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, Python - preferably;
• Nagios, MRTG, Cacti, Radius;
• Experience with Windows OS: ability to work with the Windows command line, Troubleshooting Windows Server, understanding the processes of installing updates on Windows OS (hotfix, security patch, cumulative) and what is their difference.

What will you do?

• Ensuring uninterrupted functioning of telecommunication networks, carrying out operational and technical control;
• Ensuring information about the state of the network to restore communication and service operations, in the event of accidents or damage (initial assessment of the situation, determination of the cause and location of the accident, etc.);
• Control over the progress of emergency recovery and planned work on network maintenance and development;
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of IP networks;
• Collection, processing and analysis of information about the state of the transport network;
• Work on registration of applications in the SD system;
• Study of technical documentation;
• Participation in the Windows Server patch management process;

Personal qualities:

• Responsibility, accuracy, high communication skills, stress, resilience, ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of languages: preferably English (working with technical documentation).
