Support engineer for print management software in Evrotehservis, OOO

Responsibilities:

    •    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Uniflow, Ysoft and XWS print management software (training provided).

•    Installation, configuration and maintenance of software in a corporate environment.

    •    Establishment of network connections and integration of software with existing enterprise systems.

  •    Diagnostics and troubleshooting related with software operation and network connections.

    •    Ensuring the proper functioning of software based on the Windows operating system.

    •    Providing advice and technical support to users, conducting trainings if necessary.< /p>

    •    Maintenance of technical documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

    •    Deep knowledge of network technologies and protocols.

    •    Experience with Windows operating system and its configuration.

    •    Ability to effectively diagnose and solve technical problems.

    •    Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
