We are inviting Support Engineer , who speaks English and is excited about modern technology, to join our team and together with us provide services to world-renowned cyber security product customers .
This job is open to QA and System Engineers who are ready for a career change.

Project
Ekran System ® is a universal platform for protection against insider threats, which combines three main means of internal security control: activity monitoring, access control and identity management. The product covers many technologies and is under active development.

Your role:
- Support users with IT issues via email / system tickets
- Reproduce customer issues
- Participate in customer troubleshooting calls
Required skills:
- English language level: upper intermediate and above.
- Windows OS - experienced user (troubleshooting, log collection)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Problems solving
- Team player
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of SQL queries and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Linux OS (basic troubleshooting, log collections)
