Support engineer e-commerce of the EU market project in VIVAT TREYDING, TOV

We employ 200 people, we have been on the market for 32 years, 93% of the population of this country use our products. AXENT stationery, backpacks KITE are ours, we are proud of them. Every 3rd Ukrainian schoolchild has them.

To the IT department to work with e-commerce projects we invite Support Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Work with CRM Baselinker: full study of this platform and its capabilities.
• Setting up integrations with various marketplaces (using APIs). 
• Preparation, creation, and implementation of rules for updating content on various platforms.
• Automation of manual processes. 
• Setting up the exchange of CRM Baselinker with various Internet platforms, forming a clear system. 
• Interaction with other specialists of the IT department of the company.
• Daily control of all platforms (budget, correct operation of exchanges).

We expect, what do you have:

• technical education and mindset
• experience of working with e-commerce platforms in terms of development or implementation of new platforms, systems from 2 years< /li>
• experience working with various CRM systems (KOMARCH, OneBox, Salesforce) from 2 years
• understands, knows how to read documentation correctly and integrate systems using API
• initiative< /li>
