The main task is to support new and existing customers.

Necessary and desirable skills

- knowledge of the English language at the B1-B2 level;< /p>

- fluent and competent command of Ukrainian (oral and written);

- initiative, high sociability, ability to work in a team;

- responsible approach to tasks;< /p>

- readiness to work for results;

- ability to maintain correspondence;

- ability to work with tables.

Job duties:

- technical support of clients (chat, mail);

- provision of operational and accessible information to the client;

- data processing and placement of information on the site.
