Ekran System® is a universal platform for protection against insider threats , which combines three primary internal security controls: activity monitoring, access control, and identity management. The product covers many technologies and is under active development.

  • User support for IT issues via email / ticket system. 

  • Reproduce customer issues

  • Participate in the elimination callcustomer malfunctions

Skills required: 

  • English language level: upper intermediate and above. 

  • WindowsOS - power user (troubleshooting, log collection)

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to learn quickly   

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment

    Problem solving

  • Team Player

Would be a plus: 

  • Knowledge of SQL queries and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)

  • Experience with Linux OS (basic troubleshooting, log collections)
