What will you do:
- Analyze problems, determine their causes and solve them to ensure the highest quality of user service.
- Will be required to interact with users, understand their needs and solve technical problems.
- Cooperate with different company departments and clients.
What qualifications and experience are required:
- Work experience in the field of technical support is not less than 2 years.
- Knowledge of the operating system (Windows, Linux) at the administrator level.
- Knowledge of network technologies, databases.
>- Sound technical knowledge and a clear understanding of the working principles of the IT infrastructure of large companies.
- Skills in analyzing problems and solving them at different levels of complexity.
- Ability to analyze logs and use monitoring tools , to identify problems and eliminate them.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with different departments of the company. Collaborate with other team members and take responsibility for your own work.
- Have a desire to develop and improve your skills as technology and work methods are constantly changing. Be open to learning new things and ready for self-education.
