Support department specialist in EKO-Market

We are the All-Ukrainian chain of supermarkets "EKO Market", which was founded in 2002. At the moment, our network includesmore than 90 stores and more than 2,500 employees.

We invite an active Support Specialist to join our team.

Basic tasks:

• Creating user accounts, assigning access rights (Active Directory);
• Assigning access rights to cash registers, changing user credentials (1C);
• Solving typical problems with by users;
• Consultation of office and store users on technical issues;
• Communication with contractors for maintenance of trade equipment;
• Communication with other departments for quick and high-quality resolution of issues ;

It is important for us: 

• PC knowledge at the level of a system administrator;
• experience in local and remote network administration;
• installation of operating systems and other software;
• li>communication, necessary when communicating with clients.
