Основні обов’язки: надавати професійну технічну підтримку стосовно роботи апаратного (3D-сканери) тапрограмного забезпечення компанії 3Shape, використовуючи різноманітні засоби комунікації (онлайн, телефон, електронне листування таперіодичні зустрічі зклієнтами); опрацьовувати клієнтські звернення: збирати, фіксувати тасистематизувати інформацію від клієнтів уCRM-системі здотриманням процедур компанії; взаємодіяти таділитися зворотним зв’язком від клієнтів зіншими підрозділами. Working schedule: 09:00-18:00 (9AM— 6PM). Location: Kyiv (Ukraine). Partially remote work. Areas of responsibilities: Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3Dscanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e-mails and occasional on-site events.
