About the job

We are looking for a Support Community Manager to help organize technical support for players.

Developing MMO games is very challenging. In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.


Responsibilities

  • Support users through incoming chats

  • Identify the reasons for players' inquiries

  • Analyze user problems and find solutions

  • Communicate with other company departments and prepare reports for relevant departments

  • Ensure all communications align with the company's brand guidelines and values

  • Monitor and analyze support metrics to measure the effectiveness of support programs and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on common issues and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior work experience in the gaming industry is required

  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and consideration for others

  • Optimism, creativity, friendliness, and the ability to work under stress

Will be a plus

  • Technical knowledge and education are a plus

  • Proven experience in technical support is a plus

  • Significant experience as a player in online projects is a plus
