Required skills

  • Advanced English

  • Customer Service experience 6+ months

Would be a plus, but not required

  • Intercom experience (or another Help Desk like Zendesk)

  • Support Quality Assurance (emails, calls, tickets)

  • Chatbot workflows setup

  • Zapier integrations setup

What you will do

  • Analyze conversations clients have with our AI chatbot and locate incomplete responses

  • Improve Help Center knowledge articles to improve AI chatbot responses

  • Analyze conversations clients have with our support agents and provide feedback with improvement suggestions

  • Set up chatbot flows (training will be provided)
