What we need:

- Upper-intermediate+ level of English (written, spoken)

-Level of French  upper-intermediate+ (written, spoken)

- Sociability;

- Willingness to grow and develop;

What you will do:

-full customer support on payment / subscription / usage of the product;

-expansion of relations with existing customers;

-reduction of refunds;

-development of the customer support department;

Responsibilities:

-manage customer relations;

-solve customer problems with payment/subscription without allowing refunds;

-coordinate processes with management and the team;

-give recommendations to customers about the company's products to increase sales;
