It is for these tasks that we are looking for a responsible support service agent to join our team, with knowledge of the English language and working in the evening schedule. We are ready to consider candidates WITHOUT EXPERIENCE in support service, but with a level of English B2 and above. We fully teach everything, provide friendly curation and support! Duties include: Receive all incoming requests from customers via chats, messengers and calls, promptly provide solutions to problems and answers to questions for all incoming requests without exception; In any way prevent negative feedback from customers; Record all incoming requests from customers in ZenDesk (internal system): type of question, which product is related, methods of solving the problem, reasons and appropriateness of replacement or return of the product, etc.).
