Ukrainian product IT company Yellow Stone is looking for its support service agent. This specialist works in the User Support Department of the company's contact center. Responsible for remote interaction with users, consultation on the technical and financial part of the product in online chat mode. Requirements: High level of command of the Ukrainian language. PC knowledge only at the level of a confident user. Ability to work with large volumes of information and willingness to learn; Communicability, perseverance, sensitivity, desire to help others and responsibility. Responsibilities: Interaction with users: providing qualified consulting assistance on the technical and financial part of products using communication channels: online chat, e-mails. Interaction with other departments of the company: forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users and receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users; informing about identified problems or errors on supported resources.
