We are looking for a specialist in the supply of spare parts (Chabany) Requirements: Higher education in the field of rural mechanization economy (preferred); Work experience in the purchase or sale of spare parts for agricultural machinery of foreign production, from 1 year; Knowledge of the basics of accounting and experience in working with primary document management; English language at the pre-intermediate level; User 1C, Excel; Ability to quickly and qualitatively analyze and process large data sets; Experience in selecting spare parts in electronic catalogs (preferred); High level of knowledge of the structure of agricultural machinery, including CASE IH (preferred); The ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Duties: To carry out purchases on orders for end customers and on the orders of the spare parts service for CASE IH machinery; To conduct negotiations with the manufacturer, as well as with other contractors regarding the supply of spare parts for Case IH machinery ;To accompany the entire procurement document flow and to enter all documents in the 1C system in a timely manner;Organize delivery from the supplier (import);Work with complaints about shortages and underdelivery;Formulate reports and monitor the status of order fulfillment;Control the timely implementation of the ordered goods;To achieve results the company provides: a laptop, a mobile phone.
